We are extremely proud of the design and engineering that goes into our products and brand and therefore take protecting and defending our intellectual property extremely seriously. We do our upmost to respect others creativity and originality and ask that others do the same for us. You will not find us making "copy cat" or "me too" products as we believe that inevitably promotes a rush to the bottom in terms of quality, standards and business ethics. Its just not cool.

We will rigorously pursue through legal avenues any attempt to replicate, reproduce or infringe our trade marks, copy rights, design rights and patents.
